4.0Smelled like smoke in the non smoking room. There was a dead cockroach in the fridge. Side table in room was falling over. Bed frame hit against wall easily

8.0This was a good experience. Have tried Motel 6 again since because of this stay. Clean, comfortable. Nice room. Good assistance from staff. Would stay there again.

2.0There were roaches in my room Roaches and bed bugs in the room across the hall. I have photos. Dirty sheets. I checked into a different hotel. I will never go back

10.0Overall great stay. Mostly clean property. There were a few moments of loud folks, but mostly really quiet spot. The bed was very creaky and pretty firm but overall a comfortable sleeping experience. Hot shower and cold A/C. Only coffee available in the morning, but that's all I desired. You get what you pay for here. It's not a luxury spot, but it was a clean, quiet, comfortable friendly visit. The surrounding area isn't the best neighborhood but I didn't run into any problems. It's a great option for a traveler on a budget, and it's close to several spots in FW. Would definitely stay again.

10.0This is a new property in Lake Worth, TX. The owners, the young men who manage the front desk, and the staff is housekeeping are very friendly and so very kind. One side of the property is Motel 6. The other side is Studio 6. The 3rd floor is for guests with dogs. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and felt like family. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend this property.
