Hope it will improve
5.0The cabin was clean and comfortable. The one pool that was open was clean and useful. The game room was clean and the activities planned were fun and family friendly.
− Several pools were out of commission due to repairs. This caused the one pool to be overcrowded. The phones in the cabin were not useful due to technology updates. It would be helpful to alert us upon check-in in case of an emergency in the cabin. Foul language from others was a big turn off. I grew up going to Shenandoah Crossings and this was the most disappointing trip I have ever made.
The stay was nice but went to take kids for all the pools and only one open
6.0Nice big pool
− Indoor pool and all other pools closed
A beautiful, comfortable cabin that provided a relaxing place to stay while visiting Shenandoah.
7.0The cabin itself was excellent. It was very clean, beautifully designed, spacious, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the comfortable accommodations and the layout. It was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring Shenandoah National Park.
− Unfortunately, a water main break during our stay meant we were without water for several hours. The pools, hot tubs, stables, and other resort amenities were also closed, and the fireworks show was canceled. While we completely understand these circumstances were beyond the property’s control, we were disappointed that the resort fee was not adjusted since none of the resort amenities were available during our stay.
Relaxing, comfortable, in a beautiful lication
