10.0Absolutely beautiful and quaint place. Clean and classy. The room and decor was so tastefully done. Cozy night sleep on a plush bed. I got there after hours. Being able check in to hotel and room via code was absolutely perfect and seamless!!

10.0My parking space was fine. I wasn’t SMART ENOUGH for the SMART TV. VISIBLE STAFF were OUTSTANDING!!! Communications & Instructions via TEXT were EXCELLENT. Very enjoyable stay.
Sleepless night
6.0Beautiful property... terribly upkept rooms. The bed was advertised as a king bed, it was a full size bed at best and was so sunken in it was practically touching the floor. I had to sleep on the couch. The room had an odor, it was poorly laid out, the blinds had a gaping hole in them exposing a fire escape that anyone could've climbed up on to peer in on us, the bathroom had no floor mat, tiny towels, refillable shampoo and conditioner bottles that seemed to be just water, there were hair and stains on the bedding, and a lot of other little things that just made the stay more and more awful. I have stayed here once prior and I thought it was so nice I wanted to come back. This experience was nothing like the first time.
