10.0This is a boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Shared full-size kitchen and laundry. Proprietor is very responsive to your questions and concerns. He is a a phone call, text, or email away. Residents of the area are friendly. Lyndonville, NY is convenient located midway between Buffalo and Rochester. Near the Historic Erie Canal, Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Niagara Falls, and Toronto, Canada. I love staying there. I cannot wait to go back.

10.0Great place, super comfortable, check in was a breeze, amazing shower/bathroom & owner was super nice. Cute little cafe located downstairs for morning coffee’s. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in that area

10.0This is a very unconventional arrangement for a hotel. It does not even have a reception desk. The owner, who lives remotely, provides entry and room door combinations. Fortunately, he reached me via phone when I was on the road. IMO, however, booking services (e.g., trivago, expedia) need to ascertain that as part of the booking process and forewarn clients of the unconventional nature of this place.
