8.0Late check in. front desk was attentive and pleasant. Loved the housekeeping staff just meeting them saying hello and brief conversation/ exchanging pleasantries.
− cost, though typical where ever you go. need to privatize the beach chair vendor. i've rented in Destin and Fort Meyers and Clearwater where the city or county runs the service. state run is fair at best. when private like in Destin we had great service. explained things well. several smaller hotels in area closed and in disrepair. city should get on the owners to get them looking nice/ presentable.
We had a fantastic stay, would definitely book this hotel again.

7.0I loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The easy beach access was a huge plus, and we really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The location was also very convenient, with everything we needed close by. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
− The bathroom tub took several hours to drain after showering, which was inconvenient. The wait for the elevators was often long, and they were not air-conditioned, making them uncomfortable, especially during busy times. I was also disappointed that the TV did not have HDMI ports, which made it impossible to connect my own devices.
