Celkově vzato velmi dobrý hotel. Pokud znovu navštím NYC, nemám důvod hledat jiný hotel.
9.0Hotel je v super lokalitě, doslova pár metrů od times square. Z recenzí jsem měl trochu strach že pokoj bude moc malý, ale pro 2 lidi to bylo úplně v pohodě i s rezervou. To samé výtahy - žádná 20 a více minutová čekání se nekonalo. Většinou jsme nečekali vůbec a ve špičce se nám asi 3x stalo že jsme čekali asi jen 5 minut, takže naprostá pohoda. Překvapily i snídaně. Ty sice nedosahují evropského standardu, ale na hotel v NYC v této cenové relaci byly rozhodně silně nadprůměrné a bylo z čeho vybírat a chuťově také v pořádku. Je pravda že pátý den už nám to lezlo trochu krkem a zasloužilo by si to nějakou změnu. Musím ocenit také vybavenou kuchyňku s nádobím, příbory, lednicí, mikrovlnkou. Celý hotel je relativně nově postavený a moderně zařízený.
− Klimatizace dělá hrozný kravál, což je problém hlavně v noci. Dá se vypnout, pak je sice ticho, ale zase horko. Okno se nedá otevřít zcela a navíc z vnitrobloku jde hrozný hluk ze střechy protějšího domu (také z klimatizace). Osvětlení pokoje by mohlo být silnější.

− La colazione era molto scarna, poche cose e zero varietà, inoltre quasi nulla di dolce, per niente intercontinentale per ciò che ci sia aspetta a New York. Le pulizie vengono effettuate a giorni alternati

7.0Posizione molto comoda, camere pulite Personale quasi tutto molto gentile e cordiale Colazione con poca scelta ma sempre fornito
− Ventilazione in camera molto forte che non si può spegnere e per chi fa fatica a dormire con i rumori è un incubo Ascensori difficilissimi da prendere abbiamo dovuto usare quasi sempre le scale menomale che eravamo ad un piano basso Letto molto piccolo per due persone e un po scomodo
