6.0It is two train stops away from Manhattan, 3 minute walk to the subway station. Nice area with several restaurants and bars. Felt pretty safe, and the price much lower than staying in Manhattan. On the downside, the walls are thin and the person next door was blasting loud rap late into the night. The hot water in the shower was hit and miss.

6.0You get a bed and a bathroom, and a little space for your bags. No fridge, no tables or chairs, not even on the balcony. They said the bed was queen-sized, but I'm pretty sure it was a full-sized bed, and the guy at the front desk said that all the beds were the same size. If, like us, you're planning to sleep in the hotel room and spend as much time as possible doing other things, it's good. It was clean, but somebody was smoking marijuana and tobacco in another room on the same floor and there was a gap under the door that let their smoke into our room.
