It was terrible and unfriendly
1.0Not much. It was a place that I had to work on in the room by fixing the shower head then also had to transfer to another room because there was a dead roach in the room.
− The front desk could have been friendlier and could have compensated in some way with me fixing the shower for them or been better for the fact of not really treating me right by telling me in a rude manor of the roach in the room and just telling me that I can move to another room or just refund me with not even an apology or anything to just even show remorse for having a roach infested place.
If you're by yourself... just don't.
1.0− I didn't even feel safe getting out of my car after getting my room key and driving around the building to park. Still waiting if I can get a refund because I left after a man wouldn't stop walking around my car. Worst in the area.

2.0Quite and had a nice shower
− Tv was broken, staff entered my hotel room with out knocking while I was asleep to ask if I was checking out early, when I tried to pay for another night, the person at the front desk was asleep on the floor and woke up startled. He couldn’t find my second reservation and said I didn’t have one even though I had it on my phone. I couldn’t understand him and had to check out, wait four hours and recheck in to another room. Basically between the staff and the tv it wasn’t the best experience of my life. They didn’t even try to remedy the situation with the tv, just said oh someone broke it. Bye. No trying to move me to another room, no discount nothing. If you’re a lady staying here alone just be careful, I don’t think anything would happen but him walking in without any notice was concerning
