One of the most pleasant hotel stays I can remember!
10.0Convenient location just off the highway, rooms are amazing with kitchen, dining table, sofa, nice walk in shower and comfortable beds! Fantastic breakfast included. But the best thing about it is the friendly, accommodating staff. We felt welcomed at every moment by the reception, housekeeping, dining staff. They are very service oriented! Will return with pleasure!

9.0Breakfast had a nice variety, better than some other hotels. Only some of the sausages and eggs were very cold. Love that a coffee station is available all day. The staff was helpful and prompt. Location of the hotel was just far enough out of town to give you a comfortable quiet experience while being close enough to get wherever you want in Fayetteville in 15 minutes or less. The room was very clean, and smelt fresh. Loved the layout of the room!
− The pool obviously hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. You could write your initials in the scum around the pool. The first day we swam my kids eyes turned blood red, but the second day was less toxic. The toilet paper provided in the room was like using gift bag tissue.

− We had to ask for everything. We had booked suite for 6 people but there were only 2 towels. The front desk person had to go get them from laundry in the morning.. The toilet paper roll was down to less than a quarter. There was a little hair on the floor. Seems like the room was prepared in a hurry.
