− Floors were dirty, halls and room smelled of food, the single elevator was out of order, back door was held open with a rock allowing anyone to enter.

Absolutely terrible! A nightmare experience.
1.0− I’ve never had a worse hotel experience in my life! To start, the hallway carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks- trash and dirt all over. The smell of the hotel room was overwhelming, like rotten food and moldy water. The bathroom wall paint behind the toilet was stained. The bed sheets were dirty and stained and had hair from the previous guests. There was a particularly disgusting dried stain on the sheets. The hotel didn’t even bother to change the sheets and simply made a dirty bed. See pictures. I was so disgusted that I left and did not spend the night. The hotel refused to reimburse me and merely only offered to give me clean sheets. Absolutely abhorrent! I would NEVER stay at this hotel!
