− No clerk at desk. Sign at desk said call 0 on phone in lobby. The phone just rang the front desk and no one picked up for well over 2 minutes. I had to leave the property and come back after 1/2 or so to find a clerk at the desk. No ice machines a verse sparse room

− The room smelled like dog urine . Very strong smell coming from the carpet in the room. Very uncomfortable couldn't sleep
