− At check in alba the front desk staff told me I didn’t have a reservation after I pre checked online took get 10 minutes to find my room information and had a attitude and insisted my room was somewhere else after I prepaid online I’ve stayed here about 4 times and was never treated in that way. Customer service explanation should be reviewed with staff member.
