8.0Very positive experience with a few minor constructive criticisms to help you improve in the future. 1. The batteries were dead in one TV remote. 2. Ran out of body wash after one shower. 3. The batteries were dead in the AC control panel, so at 10PM with half my family sleeping we had the auditor changing batteries so we could cool the room. 4. Very noisy late on a weekend evening due to the hangout area in the park parking lot across the street from the hotel. WILL NOT stay in a street side room in the future. Other than that, very clean and comfortable room. We loved the little nook, seating and second TV. We will stay here again! Thanks Barry Richmond and family.
