Not dependable through Booking.com
1.0− They didn’t recognize our booking reservation. After paying almost $400 ahead of time to have two suites booked upon our arrival from a very long international trip, we had to pay even more out of pocket to get a different room.
One of the best night's sleep I have ever had at a hotel
