− Room was dirty when checked in. They gave us a different room. the next day we got are room after it was cleaned! A/c was hot on are bedroom. rooms need painting. nice bed!

8.0Killer view, easy walk to downtown. Dog friendly and decent kitchen
− Very pricy and it seemed unnecessary to charge us an extra $45 a night on top of the $500 a night for parking, especially since the parking belongs to the hotel with a spot allocated for each room/cottage

2.0I will call customer service, but the fireplace at the unit in Laguna Beach was falling apart. The brick was coming out. There was pieces of the wall on the floor as we entered the unit very unsafe we did stay because we had no other choice, but we’d like at least a partial refund or a credit for another rental.
