8.0We’ve been staying at this property for 9 years. The location in town is unbeatable and we love Laguna Beach. Our unit — Calypso — was clean, comfortable and well supplied. We do spend a lot of time on the common area sundeck and the condition of the seating, sun umbrellas and such has deteriorated some, though.

10.0Love this property! Ocean front condos with balconies! Kitchen grill oceanfront beaches down below! No car needed walkable to downtown Laguna with Ralph’s grocery store across street. Restaurants amazing Nicks Laguna Beach Hapi Sushi Las Brisas Royal Hawaiin restaurant just to name a few.

2.0The property looks nice but we couldn't even enjoy our vacation because there were roaches in the kitchen and the manager did not accommodate us at all and acted like he didn't care and that it was normal to have roaches. We left and had to look for another place to stay at 11pm. They didn't even help us look for something else. I do not recommend this place!
