− Staff was rude ask for a manger got another staff member. When asked her to confirm what her role was she tried to talk me around in circles. Instead of stating she was not the manger or sup on duty. While I like the brand I would not stay here. I also was put on hold and hung up on. Requested a call back from management never heard back. That's ok I've moved on but wanted to share what I experienced with the staff this weekend. Pick another Hotel not this one.

Great stay, bad pillows

I liked all the security measures they had taken to make sure outsiders couldn't access the facility

− I didn't like the pillows on the bed. They were too flat & my neck still kinda hurts a week later
