10.0Recently re opened the new inn keepers and owners are doing a great job. Not some fancy new place but great small town historic charm with great hosts. We will definitely be back and are spreading the word. JP and Priscilla are amazing and doing a fantastic job.

2.0Not Handicap accessible, all rooms are upstairs, bar and restaurant was not open, spa and pool were not heated, bed and mattress were from 1965. Other family where told they would get a refund after not being able to do the stairs, and had to pay for another place out of town during a family reunion.

2.0Terrible experience here, I did not read the fine print that says stair access only. There are 24 rickety stairs to climb up with a hand railing that feels like it's going to fall apart to a deck that is wobbly and scary. I express my concerns to the number on file and they said they would refund us for the two nights because my elderly father cannot make it up the stairs! Well they played me and I have not gone to refund and Expedia has been unable to reach them we only stayed one night because we could not stay the second night it was too hard to get up and down those stairs and I was still charged for both nights! On top of that the AC is right above your head on the bed. Also a dog barked all night long and a rooster cawed in the morning! Also the restaurant that's supposed to be underneath was closed the entire time we were there I don't think it ever really works or is open. The worst hotel motel experience I have ever had!!!!

8.0Only issue was my room was not ready for my 3:00pm check in time. They did get it ready ASAP, other than that no problems. I would highly recommend this property. I will stay again in the future.
