9.0The staff was on the plane and willing to help. Coffee was fresh and always available. Suggestions made to newcomers to the area. Main area and rooms are spotless.

− Holes in the furniture, busted 120 volt electrical cover.
Overall clean and organized. Very well managed. Had no problems.

− The parking lot was full of holes. And there is a car parked permanently there with 4 flat tires

− The bathroom was clean but could use an update.
It was quiet, it was comfortable enough, and we felt safe.
6.0Not our first hotel, so we knew what we were getting into. The vending machine and ice machine were "broken", but we didn't even see them or know where they were supposed to be at. That was a little frustrating that we had to go to the gas station across the parking lot.
− The smell wasn't great. Towels had stains. Sheet had a stain on it. Curtains were smudged with grease and dirt.
