4.0Check in ...went to the front desk an ask for towels,lady sad no towels.20 minutes later she try to come in the room but I had the safe lock on.she call the room an said we could have towels 😳

− The higher price when I checked in vs when I booked. The staff was rude.

2.0− We had an early checkin verified but could not checkin early. They didn't have enough linen to go around, didn't have enough towels for all. The room had an odd odor. If you wanted to cook there were no pots, pans, dishes or plates and silverware.
