2.0Large room and had a sofa bed.
− Water park area was closed despite website stating just the slides were closed. Spider webs, was placed on the 1st floor next to a wedding reception despite booking a terrace room. Front desk lady was was rude.

6.0The pool area pool and spa were nice. The front desk staff were excellent. There is no dining options other than the resort itself really around. Remodeling/updating is needed. Wallpaper peeling off in areas and showing its age. Ok stay for a few nights but nothing spectacular.

4.0Arrived for check in and told they did not have my reservation even though I had email and confirmation number from Expedia. Staff apologized and was able to find one room for one night only, when I had reserved 2 nights. The next morning they did come up with another room I moved to for a second night. Explanation I was given was a computer system problem they were experiencing. Very stressful as it would have ruined the trip for us if we had to try to find another place to stay at 11 pm!
