− The hard bed and the horrible typical hotel pillows that go flat with announce of weight. The fact I was charged for a. Ight that was booked but I checked out before the checkout time on the day before. All other hotels instant do not charge for nights we do not stay.

A great centralized spot for the Knoxville area
9.0My son and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend while attending a family reunion locally. The facilities seemed fairly new. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and engaging. I would definitely recommend to others.
− Although not the hotel's fault, the floor above us had dozens of middle school cheerleaders running up and down the hall causing higher noise levels at night as we were trying to sleep. The breakfast bar was packed each morning, so we opted to grab a banana on the way out. The sitting area is small for the amount of people in the hotel.

Nice hotel good location but once again a parking fee is unacceptable.

− The hotel wants to charge $ 10.00 for a parking fee . This is unacceptable for a hotel in a small town. I could understand if it was in a major city sharing a parking garage.
