We loved the place overall it was exceptional

− Distracted desk staff. Waited 5 minutes for desk clerk to check us in. He finally saw us, came out of the gaming room and asked if we were checking in. Wife asked a question about the "guest pantry" and received a curt reply of "that's all we got". Ripped up sofa cushion in the room. Badly written signage. Door hang left on hallway floor for days without being picked up. A No Guns policy posted on the bar room door? Really?
Next time will look for an alternative.
5.0Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, extra blankets and pillows provided.
− Front desk clerk was borderline rude. No leeway for checking in early. Several breakfast items were only available weekends, and our large group of many rooms was there mid-week even though the block was rented in advance.
