Great in Theory

This hotel is perfect in theory, super close to the cruise terminal, offers in house shuttle service. The rooms are nice if you can get working AC and clean sheets.

− But they lack everywhere else. we played room shuffle both times to the tune of 5 rooms. Dirty beds, AC not working, then the power went out on our return trip. We tried to speak with the front desk regarding this and they said the power is out everywhere no other hotels in the area have it either. this was incorrect with a quick google search and a phone call we were able to find other accommodations to let us stay. Then the fight began. I was told they would cancel the rooms for us when they had power back, that was not the case. I had to fight with them along side booking.com to get a refund for the rooms we didn't use because we were on the 12th floor with no power. Meaning no elevators, no water heaters, no booster pump so no water pressure if any water at all and most importantly no AC in Florida.. i was disappointed in this property and how they handled this situation. will not be booking again with them, and will advise others away when asking for terminal recommendation.

A young man called Jeffery was so helpful at breakfast and the lady with the blond hair. The staff are amazing this should be a 5 star stop off . 💯

− There were no dislikes clean ah the photo tells the wrong story it is a small but comfortable space clean

The room was clean

− I am going to be honest I was very disappointed with my stay. First of all I paid quite a lot of money per night and when I got to the room half of the lights weren’t working, shower gel container was empty I had to call to have it delivered to me. Second day one of the elevators wasn’t working ( there are only 3 so 1 was out of service) because someone got stuck in it. I had a graduation commencement the second day and I wanted to steam my graduation gown using hotels steamer the fuse went off so I got no electricity! Had to call for someone to come and fix that and got very snarky woman on the phone! I was hoping that selecting this expensive hotel for this special occasion will my trip a dream trip but unfortunately it was the opposite.
