9.0great location and rooms are really nice. Comfortable beds and great showers. Close to everything without being right in the touristy area.
− I think it is pretty ridiculous this hotel charges an additional 35$ "hotel fee" for "access to the gym, guest pantry, gym, French press, alarm, and town car." It feels like you are getting nickel and dimed on a hotel that already charges a premium. Paying for the ability to get ice or set an alarm is disappointing. Their response that most other hotels do it was not a great response.

− We stayed in the “king suite with sea view” room & it was a bit cramped. Possibly too much furniture or it’s too large for the room. Also, sink water pressure is awful. Shower was luckily way better.

8.0Overall we had a wonderful stay. The staff is super attentive & nice. Our only real “complaint” would be the “king suite with sea view” room is a bit cramped. The furniture is nice, but possibly a bit too large for the space. Our room was impeccably clean & the bed was very comfortable. Valet was amazing & so easy! 10/10 for him. The night of our stay there was an alarm & you could smell something, but the PFD got there quick & we were let back up in about 30 - 40 min. Bartender was funny & did a great job navigating all of us that were suddenly crowded around that area of the lobby. We had a great time & would recommend this hotel if you are looking to avoid the big chains.
