5.0Location of Hotel is great and centered rigth in the middle of everything.
− The Hotel felt dirty. All the carpet on the 3rd floor was full of trash amd stains, the room AC leaked on to the floor, the shower also leaked on to the floor, the shower chair for my wheelchair bound sister was so flimsy it bent in and she fell in the tub, fortunately the maintenance was able to repair/replace it and worked fine after that.

2.0The breakfast selections were ok.
− My stay at the Tru by Hilton was horrible. When we arrived the front desk staff was not friendly. Upon check-in We were not told that the hotel was having a water issue and the hot water in the rooms was not working properly. I will never stay at at a Tru by Hilton property again.
It was decent.
