Port Townsend is a cool city, we loved the hotel and our whale watching trip.
10.0Loved the location and the room was very nice and comfortable.
A highlight of our trip!
10.0We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and it was amazing. It was warm and there is not A/C, but there were fans available and as the unit is the whole top floor with balconies on front and back, we had great airflow. The rooms were amazingly clean and well appointed with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. With our own full kitchen, amazing views, and proximity to shopping and dining, we can definitely see ourselves returning.
PT is one of my favorite places in the world, the Swan is my gateway to each new adventure.
9.0Location and view mostly. Judy was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quiet, mid week is a good time to be here. Coffee service in the room was generous and simple. Suggestion: offer a premium room package that includes chilled juice, pastries from local bakeries, oatmeal/cereal, and snacks etc. This end of PT doesn’t get started at sunrise.
− Still don’t need a TV in the room. Replace with paintings by local artists. Offer TV’s as an option maybe. Still can’t open the paper shower gel and shampoo packages. Fortunately, I brought a pair of scissors with me this time.
Perfect R2AK starting point
10.0Love the location, atmosphere and accommodation. Perfect spot ahead of Race to Alaska. Great service and very helpful staff.
Weekend getaway
10.0Great hotel in the best location. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Very relaxing. Easy walk for shopping and great food. Will definitely be back.
Quaint but loud
6.0Clean, quaint, comfy. But not quiet. It’s an old wooden building so the floors are creaky and we heard all their conversations . If folks are upstairs it will be a noisy night for you.
