6.0− The sheets on one of the beds smelled as I’d they had not been cleaned. The other beds were fine
Amazing that the details are so ignored at an otherwise excellent facility!

− Was told when checking in at 2:30 A.M. that the check out time was 11 A.M. when the MA law mandated sticker on the back of the room door said 12:00 noon; how about immediate extension of the checkout time for checking in very late? There was only one poorly operating luggage cart available. Breakfast ended at 9:00 A.M., what about we vacationers? The “Do not disturb” hang tags are CHEAP and will not stay on the door handle.
