Lovely stay. Although not near to where we wanted to be.
8.0Room was clean
− Difficulty getting in. We had to phone the number on the door and she ended up having to give us the key code to get the key out of the lock box to be able to get in.
We only stayed here to go to sleep, absolutely will never stay here again. Bathroom was dirty toilet seat, falling off t
3.0Beds were comfortable and that’s about it
− No Staff on site very sketchy
Nice rooms but very let down with the false advertisement because I booked due to free laundry because I was there for a
2.0The rooms were super cute and clean.
− They gave false advertisement about the free laundry for guest, the breakfast was also a huge let down. It’s was a “grab and go breakfast” with grits packets but no bowls or spoons. My daughter had to heat hers in a coffee cup and eat it with a wooden stirring stick….
Comfortable, convenient motel stay in Copperhill.
7.0As I pulled up I wondered if I was in the right place, it looked deserted & dilapidated. Fortunately though, our room was updated and very cute. The bed wasn’t anything special, but it was decent and the pillows were heavenly (I even checked to see what brand they were.). The bathroom was still pretty dingy, not updated other than new paint. The working fridge was a bonus. Overall our stay was comfortable and the place was mostly clean so I would stay here again if ever needed. I’m pretty sure this is the only motel/hotel in Copperhill so you honestly don’t have many options. There was no staff on site at any time, except for the cleaning ladies. You’ll receive a code to enter your room before check-in
− The bathroom. The exterior of the building was not renovated at all and looked run down, I would assume they have plans to remodel that too, just as they did the rooms.
Good hotel for the money, some basic maintenance would make it excellent.
6.0Simple location close to Mccaysville. Simple room but works. Good water pressure.
− Hotel concerns room 202 Entry door way handle strike plate missing bottom screws shakes loosely (security concern) Entry door way handle entry latch loose and screws stripped (security concern) Bathroom toilet paper roll holder falling down from wall (convenience concern) Bathroom toilet seat is very loose (safety concern) Game room air conditioner doesn’t work very hot (leisure concern) Elevator doesn’t work stair use only. (ADA/convenience concern)

8.0The room was decorated very cute. It was clean and the view was amazing. I love the fact that when you book your room, they send you a text message with your room number and your door code to get in.So you don't even have to stop at the front desk and bother with any of that you can go straight to your room
− It said grab and go breakfast and I went to the lobby to see what breakfast options they had and Nothing was out.You could see it locked up behind a door but nothing was set out. also, they had a deck with chairs and fire pits that you could go and sit at and look at the view, but there was construction going on. And construction guys, ten feet away from where the patio was and it was loud, which i understand the road construction was out of the hotel's control.
