9.0Centrally located. Great amenities. Nice swimming pool and gym. Comfy room and bed.
− Staff at the desk unhelpful, not warm. Not able to assist with taxi. Do not offer help with luggage. The charge for early check of $25 at 13:00 pm is ridiculous! Do you really need it? Also, they did not fill up soap and shampoo in the shower even after notifying the reception and the ladies in charge on the floor. Sometimes general areas such as hallway and elevator lobby are not clean.
