− Staff was rude. We were there for our 1 year anniversary and were told that they had no extra pillows the first night. Then we we asked for tissues as our box was depleted and they said they ran out. Then on a Saturday evening we went to get a bottled water only to be told they ran out of bottled water. Then Sunday morning both coffee machines had out of order signs on them. For the price we paid we are very disappointed
