9.0I love this place because it's like a mini apartment. I can cook my own meals, if I want. Perfect fit
− I bought the travel insurance when I booked this trip. I wasn't sure if I would need to stay as long as I had reserved it for. I no longer was needed here, so I checked out on the 27th of May. I was told I would be charged for the 27th even though I left before 11. I received an update showing I was billed for my full, original reservation. This is very upsetting to me since I had purchased the travel insurance. I spoke to someone with Booking.com. I was told the facility would be notified of my early check out, and if they declined to reimburse me then the insurance department would take care of things. I've been home for a week now and have not heard back from Booking.com. This is a big deciding factor if I'll ever use the site again
