7.0La ubicación está muy cerca de la playa.
− Que el personal no hablan español ,para todo te dicen no spanish y les pides toallas extras te dicen ahorita se las mandamos a la habitación y no las mandan y cada que limpian ponen pocas toallas máximo 2 y eramos 5 personas osea tienes que andar pidiendo y luego no quieren hablar con mexicanos.

8.0Love the staff and the hotel and location and the convenience of the beach and pier and restaurants.
− The elevator situation, this is the second time the additional elevator isn't working during our stay, makes it difficult when you have a full house so much stuff to move around.
Great location and spacious rooms, but the property could benefit from some updates and improved amenities.
7.0The room was very spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the large shower, and the location is excellent with easy beach access and close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for our family.
− Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made wait times longer, especially since the hotel seemed quite crowded. The terrace railing could use fresh paint to improve the appearance. The TV is outdated and doesn’t support popular streaming apps or screen mirroring, so it would be nice to have the option to sign in to Netflix or YouTube. The property also felt a bit overcrowded at times.
