2.0Fancy in ways that don't count or are not helpful, e.g. an electronic window shade that didn't work.
− IMPOSSIBLE parking, with valet parking the only option, no directions to the valet parking. I drove around in circles for about an hour, calling the hotel several times, then had to pay about $50 for valet parking.
