10.0Located on U of Maine campus. So convenient for campus activities, athletics, etc. Close to downtown Orono and Old Town. Ten minutes to downtown Bangor. Boutique Hotel is spotless. Staff is professional, courteous, and accommodating. A great find. Reasonably priced.
