4.0Twice someone opened the door to the room to enter. They also put us on a floor with unsafe steps we gad to navigate to get to. When we checked out no one was available to help us up the stairs to the car.

4.0John was super helpful with getting the lack of hot water fixed. He even brought us towels because who ever cleaned the room only put hand towels. The floors were dirty and the bed only had one sheet on it couldn’t tell if it was top or bottom. Only 2 creamers for the coffee station and one coffee cup. We were told to come to the bar for drinks.. but still was charged for 1 of them. Next time I think we will spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. No offense to John or his wife who was super sweet and fun to talk to. But he needs to get his housekeeping staff some training. I was a house cleaning supervisor and I wouldn’t let anyone stay in those rooms.

8.0Overall a nice, large room. There was a layer of dust on the tabletops, and the floor was quite dirty. There are not a lot of options in the area, so I would stay there again, but will ask for a vacuum cleaner to be available.
