2.0There was no security cameras in the garage and entryway into the back hallway to the rooms. The garage was also extremely broken up and rough to drive through. The room did not seem clean and the bathroom floor was dirty. There was no lock on the bedroom window and no lights or lamps in the bedroom

2.0The property had been condemned by the city one week before my reservation. Gas leaks, plumbing burst, black mold. Two people at the desk explained this to me. I texted with an Expedia employee to make sure I wouldn’t have any charges for a place that was condemned. I should have been notified.

2.0The hotel was closed by the department of health prior to our arrival. The hotel never notified us of the closure. and they would not answer the phones after the closure.
