8.0Rooms have been updated recently it seems. The staff is friendly. Laundry was clean and quick. They even had some detergent there by the machine. Perfect place to stop on your way to OBX so you can have an early more exploration in Alligator Alley.

− No kind of breakfast at all and the coffee, went to go get a cup as they offered free, and both pots were dry
Clean, convenient, and good people to help.

− It's not a matter of disliking, but all old hotels with window air-conditioning is not for me.
