Beautiful hotel, great location, some minor gripes but overall highly recommend.
9.0Location is fantastic, easy to get to, dedicated parking, clean rooms, nice onsite restaurant, courteous and professional staff. Decor is very modern and pleasant.
− Parking is tight, larger vehicles are difficult to get in/out. Also, ask for a room away from Cottage Street - noise level is quite high if you're trying to rest. Our room was on 1st floor and people walking/talking on the sidewalks might as well have been in our room.
Comfortable and convenient
8.0The bed and pillows are amazing and you can’t beat the location. Pretty decor. Cozy room. Restaurant in the building. Plenty of parking in the garage or overflow parking across the street.
− The light beige hall carpets are already trashed/stained. When you get off the elevator there is no directional signage. You have to walk down each hall to see how the numbers go. The front desk agent was not very informative and no smile. Not friendly. The shower has nowhere to put soap/shampoo. No coffee in the room.
Comfort. Convenience. Cuisine. Caring. Perfect!
10.0Loved the location - in town but not on the Main Street. Just close enough walk to shops/restaurants, but not too close. The staff were friendly and courteous. We loved the breakfast in The Ovens restaurant. Great parking included. Coffee in the lobby. No complaints whatsoever!
− Can't think of a thing. Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.

5.0Parking, breakfast, bed
− Room rate price is high for a noisy location across the street from Jordans restaurant that opens at 3:30am for delivery and commercial work truck people. Wow that truck noise was ridiculous. Dinner was disappointing for a hotel that should have been my best first night dinner. When I asked for cream for my coffee at the complementary coffee station I was told not today. I guess my room rate of $600 dollars a night was not paying for that cream for my coffee. When you charge these high room rates you should provide the best service. Its the little things that count. This is typical corporate owned property hospitality they count every bean. Next time I will stay in a quiet privately owned B&B on a residential street they give the best bang for the buck every time.
Is what always expected
8.0Coffee and tee at any time. Breakfast was delicious and the friendliness at the restaurant. (Bed comfortable and clean) o
− I like it all, no complaints. Oh the air conditioner power bottom was not working, however it can be disconnected.
