Leaving. We did not even stay. We drove home and are working to be reimbursed.

− Everything. We pulled up around 1030pm and there was a group of loud intoxicated men in the back of the parking lot with loud music grilling. When we got out of the car they were yelling things at us as we walked into the lobby. We got to the front desk and no one was there. We waited at least five minutes before someone came from the back with a mouth full of food and just stopped and stared at us. Didn't say a word. After an awkward silence, we told her that we needed to check in. She said nothing, walked to the computer, typed a few things and said "ID". That's it. It was bizarre. We got checked in and went through the glass doors to the elevator and immediately the entire place smelled like weed. Not just a faint hint, but engulfed in the smell. We got to our room and it also smelled horribly of weed. At this point, we pretty much knew we wouldn't be able to stay here. We went to the bed to set our stuff down and gather our plan and saw that the bed was the weirdest looking bed in a hotel I have ever seen. The top ofnthe bed was below my knee and I am only 5'2. It looked like a bed you would pull out of the wall. And the final nail in the coffin, there were two bugs crawling across the bottom of the comforter. We got our bags, turned our key into the front desk and drove home. We were in this hotel less than 10 minutes and insist on being reimbursed. This was a nightmare.

The property was convenient for our overnight stay, and the staff was friendly.

− We used a third party website to book the site; with that, the reservations were not correct. We had 3 adults and a child in a king suite though 2 double beds were booked. There was "nothing the hotel could do". The pull out couch mattresses was VERY stained and all springy, I couldn't even attempt to sleep on it. With that there was hair on our sheets, almost looked like they weren't changed but just that the bed was made. Lastly the hotel allows for animals and booking.com said we had booked a pet friendly room there are additional fees and the hotel did smell of pet.

− Booked 2 queens but once we checked in and went to our room, we were given a king and full size pullout couch. One teenager in our group was taller than the pullout. We had 3 of these rooms booked between our family members and only one of us got 2 queens. The one who got the 2 queens booked 1 month after the other 2 but they booked directly thru the hotel. I can only assume that we didn’t get 2 queens since we booked thru booking.com. Also, the website still had 2 queen rooms available.
