Amazing Resort in Jeju
10.0Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. The staff here were excellent, professional and well trained. They took well care of us from check in to check out. This is not something I normally write reviews about, but the food selection and quality in their restaurants were excellent. Everything was best quality and perfectly done. This is the most beautiful JW Marriott site I have ever seen. We will be back for sure.

8.0The property is magnificent. It’s beautifully designed and maintained. The theme is tranquility and restfulness I think. Unfortunately the property was overrun by families with small children. While children are very cute , we did not sign up for a family resort. The dining room was short staffed. They didn’t provide 5 star service you’d expect. Hotel is beautiful but need to improve on services.

8.0방안의 샤워장의 물이 안내려가서 직원분이 오셔서 하수구 연결 도구를 아예 빼 버리신후에 조금씩 내려갔어요. 첫 샤워는안내려가는 물안에서 샤워할수밖에 없었습니다. 에어컨이 시원해 지질 않아 밤에 직원분이 오셔서 고쳐주셨어요. 그 후에도 밤에 잠이들면 에어컨이 작동하질 않아 몇번씩 일어나서 켜고 자고를 반복했습니다.
