4.0facility is good, no need to leave hotel for food and entertainment
− Customer service was shockingly so so for a 5 start resort. Hotel staffs are ok, especially the front lobby. But english communication was very poor. Other store employee has no customer service at all, I had never seen this bad customer service before. All restaurant (even minagi staff were not professional, we got switched around twice then get back to the same spot), playground (slime park salalaa all staff have no smile at all poor english skill, besides one guy who can speak japanese was kind enough to show the kids to make bubbles, other girls just go to table and take away form etc without saying anything) etc have such cold services and no smile. I had been to lots of 5 starts hotels or resorts, this is the first time I feel not welcome there.
