10.0The staffs were so kind and amazing. They truly went above and beyond with amazing service. The room was so cozy with great amenities and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We will definitely come back when I visit Korea.

6.0Our stay here was pleasant. The room was very spacious and the bathroom very big. Massive bath and good hot strong water flow. It does need some updates to bring it up the advertised 4 stars and there was a musty smell in the corridor.

6.0部屋にマッサージチェアがあったのが良かったです。立地もよく、駅からホテルまでの道なりにコンビニが3件と飲食店が10件以上ありました。室内は雨戸が閉まっているのに外窓が開きっぱなしだったり、電気ケトルに前の人が使ったとおぼしき水がそのまま入っていたりといまいちでしたが、エントランスにコーヒーサーバーと無料の飲料水があるのでプラマイゼロですかね。ただ、どうみてもクーラーが無かったので夏の宿泊がどうなのか気になりました。It was good that there was a massage chair in the room. The location was good, and there were three convenience stores and more than 10 restaurants along the way from the station to the hotel. "However, apparently there was no air conditioner, so I was curious about the summer stay."

6.0Very good if you want a cheap hotel and you will only use it for sleeping and travelling into Seoul. Short walk to the transport links into Seoul and Incheon so very useful. If you’re here for a long stay however, they don’t house keep your room. We stayed for a week and no cleaning or housekeeping so keep in mind.
