4.0Room was dirty - shelves covered in months of dust, hairs in the undersink cupboard and small bits of rubbish on the floor. There was food left by previous tenants in the fridge. However the bedding was clean and was very comfortable. It is a busy area for nightlife so fyi it is noisy from outside at night. They only clean the rooms once every 7 days (never stayed in a hotel which does it less than every 3 days). I asked reception for a clean sheet during our stay, and said I would change them myself but they refused. They let you have fresh towels but not a fresh sheet- why??? I then paid for 30k won fee for room cleaning - but all they did was change the sheets, nothing was cleaned and they didn't even bother to empty the bin. I feel ripped off for the cleaning fee, and that the staff were unkind in not just letting me have a change of sheets. I never usually leave bad reviews but the cleanliness was completely unacceptable.
