2.0I have had endless problems and right now I’m in tears because the heater does not work. I call the number and someone answers but they do not say anything. It’s dark cold and 8:30 at night. I’ve been driving for 6 hours and I am in tears. Someone was parked my my spot. Then, there’s no light going up the dark stairs. Then the code doesn’t work to get me into door. Right now I’m freezing and I think they stopped saying hello on phone after answering the telephone bc it’s been one problem after next! Don’t stay here! There’s is no one to help!

6.0Beautiful surroundings. Clean and organized. No sink or oven . Hot tub not identified and no outside lights made it dark and difficulty in night access . Only a shower .wanted a bubble bath and extremely loud upstairs Tennant. Stomping and loud, difficulty sleeping. I would stay again but recommend take earbuds or earplugs .
