Phenomenal location, close to everything you need. Lift is very spacious and comfortable. Beds are awesome and having 2 bathrooms is a great bonus. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to KC

The apartment was so nice and amazing! My only problem was the extensive screening process before that took several days and the security deposit was an amount that seemed to be excessive. I understand why they needed a lot of information for screening but it would have been nice to just do it all at once instead of over several emails.

Comfortable and clean; a few drawbacks

The apartment itself was what I expected for a loft Downtown KC - older, renovated at some point, but comfortable. The building generally was not very well kept. The smell was slightly reminiscent of my college fraternity. Location was great, and the amenities offered are great. I think the rental company could do a better job explaining what the amenities are that are offered (club room, gym, pool, hot tub), where they are, and how to get to them. There is a 0 percent chance I would have been able to find them on my own, so had to reach out. Even with instructions (go down to the 4th floor, follow the hallway to the other elevator bank, go down to the 1st floor, etc) it still took some wandering through the hallways, because nothing in the building is labeled. Communication otherwise is good. However, don't expect or ask me to clean the place before I leave. If I'm paying a comparable cost to hotels nearby, I am not taking out the trash at the end of my stay, stripping the beds, wiping down surfaces, etc.
