10.0First, I got an email with all of the information needed to check in, which was simple. When we arrived, I noticed the fridge had water, chocolate, and ice. And there was coffee and wine on the counter. Parking was a touch confusing until I read the binder on the dining table. All the amenities needed were there, even laundry, which we didn’t make use of. Neighborhood was charming and safe. The only bit I can pick is that the ceiling fan in the 2 bed room needs balancing, so it made too much noise to sleep with. Would definitely recommend!

6.0The beds were very loose and felt like they would fall apart. There was food left in the cabinets from previous guest. There was a cockroach running across the bathroom wall. Parking left a lot to be desired and instructions on how to enter the one parking space was a bit vague

6.0It was over priced for what it was. Outdated gas stove. Not enough toliet tissue in the bathroom and only 1 trash bag for kitchen. Carpet needs to be cleaned.

10.0We stayed for the Grand Prix of Long Beach and it was easy to Uber down to the race area and back.The couch could use replacing. While it’s functional it’s not very comfortable. Also, a small table lamp on the desk would have been helpful in the evenings. Staff was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Overall, it was a nice stay.
