8.0Everything was as pictured. Some point to have in consideration. No bathroom or 1/2 bathroom in common areas(first floor). No A/C in all rooms and the rooms gets a lot of Sun, so they get very warm and we are from Florida. A lots f stairs, if you have bad knees. No so much to do around everything is a least 10 min drive. The rest is very good nice for a family.

8.0The property looked new and was very clean. Rooms were spacious and nice. Master bath was huge. The only issue i had was in bedroom 2/3 there was no a/c so in july the rooms were hot.

10.0Very nice property. Looks like a new construction. FYI lots of stairs, five floors. 1st floor-garage 2-kitchen and living room 3-2 bedrooms with shared bathroom 4-master bedroom and bath 5-deck area Overall would definitely stay here again. Close to main attractions. Parking garage is tight not suitable for big cars. We rented a Camry and barely fit it garage. You can leave the car outside in front of garage door. Seattle is a beautiful state.
