2.0After paying the full price on Expedia we showed up at 3:30 p.m. to check in they were unaware that we were coming and told us to come back at 4 somone was in it.We came back at 4:30 and still weren't given the code. ALL OF OUR PERSONAL ITEMS & FOOD WERE TOSSED OUTSID FOR ANYONE TO STEAL due to misscomunication between cleaner & manager. No Wi-fi no pool code and no running water for a full day. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & they denied a partial refund for day we couldnt check in & day with no water. Onky good was cleanliness and ocean view/access.
