2.0My wife and I were so excited to celebrate my MBA graduation with our 3-month old daughter. With working full-time and multiple baby breaks, we showed up around 8p, only to find that there was no room available to us. After 3 calls, we finally got on-call staff to tell us such, noting the Expedia message went to their spam folder. They had nothing to offer us, and we were forced to book a hotel twice as expensive and 20 minutes out of town. After trying to work with staff after the fact, still nothing to say for it after months of trying. Leaving this terrible review and sharing our negative experience until Fairway management does something to sway this unhappy customer.

Could be cleaner
8.0It was a nice property but the room was not cleaned very well. I found hair all over the bathroom and shower also hair in the bedding

8.0It was very nice and clean. Two issues. The shower curtain smelled like an old wet towel which made the rest of the unit smell. The seams between the bedroom carpet and the kitchen floor aren’t laid down properly. Our 2 years olds foot as well as our was poked by staples or something that points up. It would be good for the owner to check on the installation.

10.0We had a wedding party block. Rooms are spacious, clean, new…awesome. They also have a bridal ready room that is Spectacular for the girls to get ready and celebrate in AND a room for the groom and his boys. Both are decorated to make the day feel special. An incredible experience all around ❤️. Highly recommend for wedding and guests.

10.0We were stunned at how much you got for your money here. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with a full kitchen. It had a washer and dryer and two huge bedrooms with a tv in each major room for a total of 3. The location is convenient to anywhere nearby and communication was easy and quick when we had questions. Highly recommend a stay at The Fairway. We will come here again. A lot for the money!
